Details, including contact details, of the location representative (when this is different to the location owner(s)).
Specific details of the location.

Project title
Project type
Any “Additional Information” which is provided
Total Crew
Production Budget
Location Budget
Project Origin
Production contact details
Details required for the FPA document, including both applicant and production company details.
Supporting documents and the information they contain, for example details contained within the public liability document.

1.3. Filming inquiries:

Information supplied which would be deemed as sensitive

We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to regional/national institutions and authorities, unless required by law or other regulations.
